To activate these settings on your whatsapp simple tap on the three dot at the upper right hand side of your whatsapp interface to unveil a drop menu which has a settings option,click on the settings, then open the first option which is account in order to see other sub functions which are privacy, security etc,open the privacy option to have access to effect those setting immediately. Once select "my contacts except" to choose any person or persons you wish to deny monitoring and spying on your activities on whatsapp.
